“La logística muy mala.
Llegué al hotel a regístrame y una de las dos habitaciones que había reservado la revendieron a otro cliente; es decir me querían dejar sin hospedaje a pesar que ya lo había pagado anticipadamente. Al final nos dieron una habitación pequeña con una sola cama y eran 3 los huéspedes

“Beautiful grounds, but at $127 USD per night, the property just wasn't worth the price. For instance, an old bar soap from a previous guest was left in the shower. Pretty beat-up dishware in the kitchenette. And while the room did offer a beautiful mountain view, unfortunately we could also hear road traffic noise from the main road down the hill. ”
“Went for one night /stayed for two it was so nice. Very quiet beautiful hotel on side of mountain. Quiet, relaxing with wonderful small staff and very friendly owner who makes you feel welcome and will help and guide you with a smile (excellent English btw). Very nice upscale hotel. A highlight of my 2 weeks in Columbia. ”
“El personal super bello y atento en todo momento. Las personas con gran calidez humana.
Lo único mal fue las camas que al ser ortopédicas estaban un poco duras pero igual nos trataron de resolver con ponernos algo debajo para la segunda noche sentir más comodidad.
Recomendaría que ofrezcan servicio de restaurante los días que haya huéspedes porque nos quedamos con las ganas de comer salmón. Las porciones de la cena del día anterior, deliciosas y buen tamaño.
Recomiendo cambiar toallas y……
