“We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us……
“Hotel great, staff was helpfull andbreakfast super.
Only thing is parking which they lack. There are some spaces on the street, which are payed. Something to a € per hour in bussiness hours. So if there is a spot, it may not be that expensive.”
