With a sea view, the holiday apartment "Casa del Riccio fronte mare" in Cozze is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 95 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 3 balconies and an outdoor shower.

Very Convenient Comfortable Apartment

This was a nice property with a comfortable master bedroom and great living space. The outdoor terrace was small, but looked out on the ocean/sea. There was an outdoor space with a barbecue and seating below the apartment that was private. You were literally a block away from the shore and could walk along the water and had access to a few restaurants. Coco Beach Club was nearby and had great service and food. Be aware that some restaurants will be closed after September until tourist season begins. The hosts were fine and communicating English.
