"It was just a great place to stay in Rapallo. Easy to get to, on the sea front, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was fresh and very well maintained as was the rest of the property. There was an excellent breakfast provided with a great choice for all tastes. Excellent value for money."

"I loved my stay at Hotel Laurin. The room was great, very clean and the balcony was a massive plus. The pool area was excellent, for the time of year the number of sun loungers was plenty, and the view over the coast was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot & cold, and sweet & savoury. The staff were all brilliant, welcoming and helpful. And the area was close to all restaurants and shops, as well as the boat to Portofino and the train to all the popular spots on the coast as well as the smaller villages. Santa Margherita itself is the perfect base for the area, with a calmer feel than some of the more intense tourist areas, whilst still having enough of a buzz to not feel too quiet. "Convenient location, own covered safe parking, good size room, convenient and elegant lobby bar, friendly staff at restaurant, good selection at all-inclusive breakfast. They do get fully booked, so book in advance."
