Hidalgo Summary: Enjoy this spacious and centrally located second-floor apartment for six people with two bedrooms, perfect for a large group or family. The 1.5 bathrooms provide convenience during busy mornings. The open-plan living room and kitchen offer ample space for socializing. With modern amenities and natural light, this apartment is comfortable and functional for a group of six. Guest Access: Stairs to the second floor. One shared parking space, subject to availability. The Neighborhood: Close to the Sultanes Stadium, Ciudad Universitaria, and Plaza de Toros, it is 10 minutes from Arena Monterrey and Cintermex, 3.73 mi from MARCO Museum, Monterrey, and 3.8 mi from Macroplaza, and 4.29 mi from Museo del Obispado. Fundidora Park is 4.66 mi away. The airport (Monterrey International Airport) is 16.78 mi away.
