"Clean, modern rooms that are spacious. Challenge finding the property, as it is located in a multi-business building. It is located less than 9km to the Zurich Airport, so very convenient location for prior to a morning flight departure. I'd suggest that the hotel provide more detailed address and parking instructions with reservations. The hotel entrance is on the same level as the Burger King in the building. The Burger King is very easy to spot from the main road."

"There was no fun in the room. There was no bottle of water. You couldn't call room service to change the sheets. They have to go downstairs and bring it upstairs and change it ourselves. I went downstairs at 12:00 a.m. because I had couldn't sleep to have a beer and I asked him to charge it to my room and they said they do not do that and I had to come back to the room and get my credit card. I don't want to go back because my husband was sleep and I don't want to disturb him but I found that odd that they cannot charge a beer in your room. Even though I was sitting in the lobby and I told them I'm hungry stuff did not care. They went back and forth to the fridge getting all the beverages they wanted in potato chips and Etc for themselves and giggling and laughing which was another low type of hospitality. I was the manager I would offer my guest a beer and a potato chips for example and I would ask them to pay within checkout. That is hospitality"

"The property was okay, the first room we got had a broken toilet but the staff was quick to relocate us to a different room. The rooms are very small and just okay, not the most comfortable stay. The airport transportation isn't free if you book through a third party site. However, the train station is about 10 min away walking and the bus stop is right next to it so it makes it convenient. This was one of the more affordable locations we could find."
