“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Looking for a clean, friendly and safe place to stay outside of inner Paris, this is the spot for you. Great view of Sacre Coeur and a short walk to all the best sights. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home. Close to train stations to get around Paris quite easily. Would stay here again! Thanks for the great memories.”

“Accommodations were stunning, clean and centrally located in Montmartre! The check-in process was a bit disjointed - the restaurant staff seemed unaware they were being made the points of contact for early arrivers, so that caused a bit of confusion. But otherwise, an excellent stay!”

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！
住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。
希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”
