Enjoy evening walks in the surrounding neighborhood, explore downtown, or discover a number of nearby attractions including the Vermont Historical Society Museum, the Vermont State House, the North Branch Nature Center, and Ben & Jerry's. Venture out a bit farther and find year-round opportunities for fun at local resorts like Bolton Valley and Sugarbush.

Back home, whip up delicious meals in the two well-equipped kitchens and then dine indoors or alfresco out on your furnished deck. Pick out a favorite board game and gather in the dining rooms for a little friendly competition or relax in the living areas where you can socialize, recline with a good book, or watch TV into the evening. The back house also includes a wood-burning fireplace for chilly winter nights. For sleeping options, take your pick from six comfortable bedrooms (three in each house) including a kid-friendly bunk room.

Additional amenities and features include a desk and chair, a washer/dryer, a gas grill for summertime cookouts, and a firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
