Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. “This was an absolutely stellar experience! The staff at the lodge were truly wonderful, thoughtful and always ready to help. And the pool was fantastic, situated right next to the watering hole where you could relax and watch wildlife. The food was exceptional, and each meal came with a thoughtful wine pairing. With two game drives a day. Our guide Prem had eagle eyes. The exta bonus evening drive was a nice touch. The entire experience was simply unforgettable. Can’t recommend it highly……

“The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! Asked on arrival for this to be fixed, 4 nights later no difference. Drink service whilst friendly was slow. Cold drinks are collected by the staff from a fridge not in the bar area. Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!! “Super herzlicher Empfang durch Annie. Obwohl kein vegetarisches Essen vorbestellt war, wurde ganz spontan ein sehr leckeres Gericht für meine Tochter und mich gezaubert. Service total nett. Unser Familienzelt war riesig und toll eingerichtet. Mit Outdoor Dusche! Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren! Wegweiser / Beschilderung an der Hauptstraße fehlen. Einzigstes Manko”
