“The hotel is quiet and nice.The waitesses are nice and friendly. Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. We enjoyed staying in the hotel.It was an interesting experience. Thanks.”

O motorista do Game (Prem ) super atencioso, fez de tudo para conseguirmos ver os % big five e conseguimos. Perfeito sem defeitos. ”

“There was a slight lack of attention to detail. There was some rubbish in the corridor and it was still there 3 days later. When I got a table in the restaurant I was put on a table with no serviettes or cutlery. In the end I had to take the ones from a nearby table. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were very reminiscent of an all inclusive resort. Also its location is a bit too far away from the town to be able to walk to the local restaurants ”

“De merveilleux safari avec des rangers au top, un établissement fantastiquement bien placé pour voir des animaux entre deux games du lodge, du restaurant, de la piscine ! Cela ne s'arrête jamais. Les lodges sont ultra confortables. En revanche il devrait changer d'ERP comptable car les problèmes de facturation cela entachent les vacances, même si tout fini par être résolu à la fin.”

“What a fantastic stay st the AM! We were given a large house of our own with its own swimming pool! The staff were excellent and the food by chef Ana was delicious!! Fresh, tasty and she made vegan for me and healthy for my traveling partner!! The animal guides were knowledgable and we saw many animals during the morning and evening drives. Then the boat cruise through the nearby canyon was fabulous!”

“Hotel é bom, achei todo de muito boa qualidade , quarto royal que ficamos é bem espaçoso e bem decorado, algumas ressalvas em relação ao ar condicionado que durante o dia não da conta e creio que deveria ter cortina no banheiro e na porta principal para dar mais privacidade, assim como uma divisoria na ducha externa para a mesma finalidade. Melhor do hotel são os funcionários extremamente prestativos e educados, nosso mordomo sempre muito atencioso e cuidando dos horários das refeições e……

“This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing. ”

The disappointing issue was that the Expedia listing is not accurate and the owners were completely non-responsive. The restaurant is not open as described in the listing (breakfast is provided, though). Also, the tent I booked said it had a private pool. That was not the case at all. “Super herzlicher Empfang durch Annie. Obwohl kein vegetarisches Essen vorbestellt war, wurde ganz spontan ein sehr leckeres Gericht für meine Tochter und mich gezaubert. Service total nett. Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!! Nota 11 para o Safari e os 2 que dirigia e acompanhava pois fizeram tudo para que tivéssemos a melhor experiência e……

“The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! Asked on arrival for this to be fixed, 4 nights later no difference. Drink service whilst friendly was slow. Cold drinks are collected by the staff from a fridge not in the bar area. “3 dias de Safari: - Vimos os “big 5” e tantos outros animais tão lindos - Esses dias estão entre os melhores que já vivi, sem dúvida. Foi uma experiência inesquecível! Eu teria ficado 5 ou 6 dias para aproveitar mais um pouco o lugar. Que detox perfeito! A equipe do Nyala é muito amável e caprichosa em todos os detalhes. A localização nos permitia a visita de elefantes, macacos e impalas de dia; a noite, muitos sons eram ouvidos e arriscávamos palpites do quarto. Certamente nossa Ranger……
