“Incrível!!! ”

“Tudo perfeito. 11/10. Limpeza impecável, quarto limpo 2x por dia, comida o dia inteiro (basicamente de 2 em 2 horas) e de excelente qualidade, além de uma carta de vinhos extensa. O staff era realmente sensacional, todos muito solícitos, simpáticos e educados. Os game drives são muito bons, vimos todos os big 5 no primeiro dia e gostaríamos de destacar que os rangers Themba e Kenneth são os melhores, fomos maravilhosamente bem recebidos e guiados por eles durante a nossa viagem e não voltaríamos……

“Simplesmente incrível !!! Melhor experiência de hotel na vida! Tudo muito acima das expectativas ! Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!! Nota 11 para o Safari e os 2 que dirigia e acompanhava pois fizeram tudo para que tivéssemos a melhor experiência e……

“This was my second time staying at Raptor Retreat and it was just as good as the first. Our lodging, the Hippo Cottage, was huge, very well equipped and had a wonderful view of the river and the animals. One morning, we saw a parade of elephants right by our window. I also loved the soaking bathtub that also had a great view. “Our entire stay here was fantastic! The staff is all very welcoming and you feel like you are family while staying here. There are 5 rooms, so it is quiet and quaint. We really enjoyed the 2 game drives per day with very skilled and knowledgeable guides and trackers. The meals were all fantastic. “Perfekte Unterkunft um Tiere zu beobachten. Die Tiere kommen ganz nah, die Elefanten trinken aus dem Swimmingpool. Abends kann man nicht alleine vom Haupthaus zu den Zimmern da es keine Zäune o.ä. gibt und die Löwen, Elefanten und Leoparden einem jederzeit begegnen kann.”

“All in all this was a great family trip. My only "complaint" is the staff were a little hard to find as we were just in the "off Season" so there was very little supervision around the pools and the super tube. Other than that no complaints at all. ”
