“I’m not sure you could find a better view! We loved our stay. I read all the reviews so was prepared for the walk uphill into town. Yes it is steep, but my 7 and 4 year old could do it. If you are planning to do any type of hiking you’ll be fine. Very comfortable space, we were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. It was very quiet, my kids described it as magical! Unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t working during our stay but thankfully there was a laundry room on the……

“Wir haben die Woche in dem wunderschönen Chalet sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, die Aussicht über die Berge ist beeindruckend und die Möglichkeiten gleich ein paar Wanderungen von dort aus zu starten, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Empfehlung für das Restaurant Moosalp war ein sehr guter Tipp, dort hat es nach dem wandern hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Kinder haben den großen Fernseher geliebt. In der Bücher- und Kartensammlung haben wir gerne und interessiert gelesen, etwas ganz……

“Parfait endroit pour se resourcer et passer quelques jours dans la nature, la tranquillité et sous le soleil. Seul le bruit des cloches des vaches a pu perturber par moment le panorama. Le chalet est bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et s'y sentir à l'aise. A recommander chaleureusement. Voiture indispensable.”

“We loved the view! Access between the unit and Wengen was easy via the free van service during their service hours. Outside of the service hours (after 20:00 and before 08:00) it can get pricey paying for a taxi. The walk is nice but there is no sidewalk so it can be dangerous. The loft is accessible by a steep ladder and the ceiling is not standing height. The beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! The area is just spectacular for hiking and exploring.”

“Great location and view of the Mountains. Easy walk to nearby trails. There was a Full kitchen which was great. There was great attention to details which greatly improved our stay! The clothes dryer was a bit slow to dry and needed multiple attempts but otherwise everything was amazing! ”

“Fantastic chalet in the hills looking down onto Grindelwald and up into the mountains. We are an American family of six (kids ages 9 to 16) and traveled in July. The host was excellent at communicating in advance, helping us find appropriate activities and restaurant recommendations, he even found a French song on YouTube for us that we heard played on our travels. For those of you that use Google Maps—do not trust the final kilometer or so. It tries to take you through a shortcut that is really……
