Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. "It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at San Montano Resort & Spa. The views over Ischia and the Bay of Naples are breathtaking, the pools and spa facilities are world-class, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant.
What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm and professional, but I want to especially recognize Gennaro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for.

Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable.
