“Elevator went down. But the staff help to get my 80 yr old mom down from the 6th floor. The manager was excellent and staff. Nice job and you cannot control equipment just work with it. ”

“I chose this hotel because it had a room three king beds and the pics didn’t look bad and the price was right. However, upon pulling into the parking lot the place looked so sketchy….the man at reception was very friendly and helpful. No complaints with customer service - but the room….the electrical outlets were so old that plugs just fell out so we couldn’t charge anything . The bathtub was so creaky, we thought we’d fall through the floor - baseboards in bathroom are detaching from the……
