“We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn, convenient for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park and an easy walk to a number of restaurants downtown Alamosa. Cooked to order breakfast included was very good. Only downside was that mattress was not very comfortable (but that’s a personal preference). Staff was very friendly”

“I wish I could give more than 3 stars to this property because I do think the staff are doing the best they can. The beds were clean, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and anytime we needed help the staff were great. The hotel needs quite a few upgrades: -the pool “waterpark” doesn’t have a functioning hot tub or slide, it’s just a pool (although it’s very warm which we loved). -the furniture in the game area needs replaced as well as others around the hotel. The chair in our room was……

“This is an old property with nice antique charm. The rooms were a bit small, but still worth the money. Breakfast was good with some hot options. We enjoyed the ambience.”
