"Parking was easy and staff was very pleasant. No closet in my room. 1 drawer. NO daily housekeeping and breakfast was an abomination. Very disappointed. "

"Staff was extremely helpful and made accommodation for early checking in. She went out of her way to direct me to where I could get decent food, attraction sites in the city, and most importantly, gave me a brief, but yet educational history of the town itself. Rooms are affordable and the place was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this city."

"Our stay was great. We were sad to find out the pool heater wasn't working. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed to find out upon checkout that their was a pet depot. I didn't mind paying it, just wish the web site would have said we would had to pay. Another odd thing was having to ask for a ice bucket. Also the breakfast was not to good the eggs was soaked in Water and the rest was not so good"

"This Holiday Inn is very nice and in a good location. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and a very good breakfast is provided. Definitely would stay here again if in Liberal. "

"The reservation we made through Travelocity was not in the system. We were not told what the hours were for the free continental breakfast but when we went down at 8:30 AM, we were told that it was already over!??? The pillows are about 2 inches thick. The rooms are very clean. And we did have a microwave and refrigerator, which was very helpful and useful."
