“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in the woods. I booked it so my sister—visiting from abroad—could experience New York’s fall, and the location was perfect for apple picking, Minnewaska trails, and Mohonk Mountain House.The home felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the forest, yet had all the modern comforts. Everything—from the kitchen and entertainment units to the yoga mats, fire pit, and beautiful surroundings—was thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling rested and……

“Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”

“Place was well stocked and furnished. Host was very responsive. We got snowed in, but when we told the host we wanted to leave for skiing at 7:30am they accommodated and had everything clear. Cannot recommend them enough. ”

“I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. ”
