Hotel lobby stunk. Smelled like a dirty fish tank.
Has to ask for a second roll of toilet paper and clean towels with a three nights stay.
Fire alarms went off twice by 4 am on second day. Staff never informed us to evacuate or if it was safe to stay. I eventually asked a fireman who was there checking smoke alarms.
Only one elevator was operational on day one, two, and three. On day four, morning of departure, the second elevator didn’t work. We stood pushing the button for some 15 minutes, then a cleaning lady informed us the elevators didn’t work. The staff and management failed to communicate this with the guest at all. My wife had a bad knee replacement surgery that left her physically inept to traverse stairs. Yet she was forced to. They did not offer to help with luggage, help physically get guests down the stairs, or even offer an apology for the inconvenience. They didn’t even take the time to place an “out of order” sign on the elevator doors!
Owner and management only care about their bottom dollar.
