"Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. It had a lovely view of the bush and afforded an opportunity for sighting wildlife, however the balcony was minute. The breakfast buffet was varied and adequate. The quality of our evening meals was excellent and the staff serving us were friendly and efficient. Given the cost of the room ($450 per night) we were disappointed by the state of the carpeting adjacent to the balcony (see attached photo). This is something that should have been rectified. "

The room was beautiful with Victorian period furniture and was exactly what I had hoped for. Looks like I've found a new home whenever I'm in Devonport."
