It’s a coffee-lover’s haven with an espresso machine, Chemex, and French press. Plus the host provided some drinks, including half-n-half. So nice! My only comment is that it felt a little strange to have no available window coverings on the back half of the loft, especially at night. Also it would be nice to have more light blocking in the bedroom. We stayed on the upper level and had beautiful mountain view out the back and could overlook the town out of the front. The place is nicer than we expected! A view of Mt Shasta, super clean and spacious, a gourmet kitchen with fancy appliances, short walking distance to stores and restaurants, and short drives to trails. It had so much storage space for the guest (a large, empty walk-in closet) that it would be a very nice place to stay for a longer stay, not to mention the monogrammed bathrobes! The only negative thing is that the train that comes near town blows its whistle. The locals are used to it but it would wake me up. I can’t fault the host for that. The loft unit has its own parking, a private side entry with a tall stairway leading to the living room. The Loft@420 was clean, airy, quiet and tastefully decorated, with many extras provided, as others have mentioned. The views of Mt. Shasta and Black Butte were magnificent and I loved starting my days with a cup of coffee on the deck. Many shops and restaurants, as well as two grocery stores are located within walking distance. Nearby Sisson Meadows is perfect for a quick nature walk with mountain views. Jessie was communicative and responsive throughout my stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO! The property is managed to enhance your stay. Communication was timely and personable. Small details were added to make you feel welcome and cared for. Snacks, coffee and fresh flowers on arrival. Books, puzzles, WiFi and YouTube TV for entertainment. It is a block off main street across from a grocery store, making dining in or out convenient. It is one of the best places I've ever stayed in! It was perfect for my husband and I--great communication with host, easy check-in, immaculately clean, beautiful modern features, wonderful open layout, exceptionally comfortable, quiet, excellent location (walkable to everything we needed in town like restaurants and a market on the corner that made great deli sandwiches for our hikes), and an amazing kitchen filled with every high end appliance you could ever dream of! As a coffee enthusiast, I was super excited to be able to make expresso drinks in the morning. Such a special treat and delicious coffee included, thank you!! Every detail was so well thought out to make our stay extra special. So appreciated! We always enjoyed coming back to the loft at the end of our day and sitting outside on the balcony to enjoy the incredible view of Mt Shasta. This place is awesome and we would absolutely love to stay there again in the future! Many thanks for everything!
