Overall, quite a nice and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good food. However, we stayed in the apartments and there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING! The room was constantly hot and stuffy even in the middle of winter. We were told to open doors and windows to cool the room, which at this price point is outrageous. Very disappointing.

Easy to locate, lovely staff and lobby.
One toilet did not work when we arrived, this was fixed. I then listened to 2 toilets all night on and off with the cistern filling all the time.
We had fire alarms going off around 9.30pm and had to evacuate the motel, no real directions from staff as we all congregated in the driveway and watched the fire department arrive, again didn’t hear anything, but went back inside with everyone else.
No co ordination from staff to get everyone back to our rooms
Bed was hard as a rock, lounge old and dirty and uncomfortable.

Stay was ok staff were lovely at check in but didn’t think this was a 5 star that people raved over. We stayed in the meandering room. No sports stations on the tv, facilities were low and wasn’t what we felt people raved about.
