“We had THE BEST time at the villa last week. The place had everything we could need, the pool was amazing, it was super quiet and the whole place was just lovely. We enjoyed a couple of bbq’s, games of table tennis and lots more, thank you! Our children, age 9 and 7 had a blast - the whole place was plenty big enough for us 4. I will note that this place is far out of town and a good 15 minute drive to a most local shop. This didn’t bother us at all and this did mean we could explore all……

“Have accurate and detailed directions to this property in the description of the property on Expedia, plus a note that you will have to haul your luggage up stone steps, so if you have mobility issues it will be a problem. If this is first time booking and not familiar with the area, you will need all the help you can get. We arrived yesterday by car. From the description and directions we had no idea this place is up stone stairs behind a restaurant. Very confusing to our Apple Maps guide and……

“Property is beautifully landscaped with lots of different levels with patio tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Location is wonderful as it is close to the promenade and the sea and some nice cafes and restaurants. Quiet at night. Communication was confusing as I sent in my arrival time more than once and had no response. Finally (the day of) was told I can't check in until 2 despite my messages saying my arrival was earlier. It didn't matter as I arrived……

“Pool facilities excellent, indoor and outdoor. Located right on the beach. The resort is very small and quiet, justtwo or three bars/restaurants. Transport to other locations very limited. Rooms were large and plenty of storage space. Food was average quality.”

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”

“First place we stayed in Croatia. Lovely apartment. Balcony. Quiet. Nice enough view, some landscaping/construction going on. A bit of a walk to the wharf area but a nice walk. Host very personable and helpful, lived close by. A very nice property, would recommend.”

“We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Every person on staff that we met were lovely - always greeting with a smile and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent - great variety.
