“No A/C and the rooms were closed up with no windows open upon arrival. Had to ask for extra fans. Gentleman staff was super friendly however our group was treated as second class guests other staff as there was a wedding party on site when we arrived. ”

“The location was great and so was the view of the castle from our room. But the amenities were lacking for a ‘Deluxe’ room and there were roof beams to contend with ( hazardous in terms of knocking one’s head ). The breakfast was to be recommended.”
