“There was no staff at all for the whole 3 days of our visit which is very poor. We had to go across the road to some other holiday u its and he had to come and let us in with a door code to our room (hoping he had given us the correct room and not someone elses). The unit itself was quite good though”

“It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so……
