“The only thing missing was air conditioning. I booked because I thought it said air conditioning but there was none. However, I will say this is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the location on the river is amazing. The type of hotel you make a trip just to stay at the hotel”

“The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. ”

“Wir waren auf unserer Heimreise für eine Nacht im Haus. Viel zu kurz! Der ‚Ochsenwirt‘ ist nur zu empfehlen, war ja auch komplett ausgebucht. Trotzdem lief alles sehr reibungslos und mit Humor ab. Unserer Labradorhündin hat es ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder buchen. Dann aber einige Tage.”

Vom ersten Moment an hatten wir das Gefühl, nicht einfach Gäste zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein. Diese außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer wieder bestätigt – jede einzelne Begegnung war geprägt von echter……

“Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else.”
