"The hotel is centrally located along the river. It is a short walk to many shops and pubs. The Waterford Crystal factory is a 5 minute walk. Well worth a tour. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good with a good variety of choices."

The staff on reception was very friendly and the night porter was great when we needed access after midnight as had to pop out to do a pickup from the airport. Breakfast in the morning was a fantatstic selection, we got down early so everything was very fresh and breakfast staff was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything, will definitely be returning for another nights stay! "Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good food at the bar/dining room. All very comfortable. Downsides -no fridge in room. Could do with a nice painting in the bedroom. No safe in the room. Horrible brown Formica style furniture. I think a hotel of this quality could enhance the bedroom decor. However, all in all, a very good stay. "
