“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Stay was good. Staff was very helpful. Good location near a lot of tour pick up and drop off, very walkable. Easy walk to DART. My main concern was that the tub/shower was difficult to maneuver. It is very high so almost fell trying to get out of tub and I have no mobility issues. Could be an issue for people with mobility issues and should be disclosed.”

“Hotel staff was overly kind and accommodating. I would recommend staying here with children, as they provided a crib. The elevator was broken every afternoon, and there were additional steps from the elevator to our room, so not stroller or ada friendly. ”
