Ashraf the front desk agent saved the day! Our original room had a few issues and he empathized kindly and even had assisted us to a different room which was much better. He is a gem and has excellent customer service! He saved our Oktoberfest visit and should be a manager with how well he handled the situation. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me because of him. :)

All the staff were gracious and helpful. A lovely hotel in very quiet location while close to tram or underground to get around or short walk to centre of old town or the ENGLISH garden. Wonderful breakfast included.

Very convenient location, walking distance to the English Gardens and other attractions. Unfortunately, we stayed during an exceptional heatwave and there was no air-conditioning in the room, but staff provided fans so we were able to keep cool at night. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit bowl (with a different selection of fruit each day). Would definitely stay here again

Hotel Opera is a quaint hotel in a nice area with lots of cafes and restaurants. It’s a short walk to centre and very convenient to U Bahn. Only quibble was €8.50 charge for water in the room and no fridge in the room. However the rest of the room was excellent

Good breakfast, lovely neighborhood. Staff were good. Building is a bit weird, too many pillars, door has to be opened from reception. No A/C, just a loud fan. Rooms felt a bit smaller than advertised. Very small bathroom. I think the rooms are variable.
