"Beautiful property with amazing views. Breakfast buffet was amazingly stocked and the staff was always pleasant even though my French was deplorable and my Arabic non existent. "

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
"What a great new hotel, with an AMAZING View from the rooftop restaurant. The Breakfast Buffet was really quite nice and Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The staff were courteous and extremely professional, would definitely stay there again. "
