2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

Beautiful view, clean, oceanfront, close to shops

Everything as expected, bonus toilet paper and paper towels. Only thing kept from 5 star is the beds. Not comfortable and 3 start night of uncomfortable sleeping. Hope new beds are going in.Was planning on return visit on memorial weekend, as its my birthday that Sunday. However, rethinking since sleep was not restful at all. Otherwise, it would have been excellent.
