“The one bedroom upper level condo was immaculate, fully stocked. It was beautifully furnished with washer/dryer. . Looked as if it had been newly remodeled. Well located at southern end of mid-town. , approx. 1.5 miles south of downtown Reno. Only negative was tight parking situation on the street in late afternoon and evening. I saw parking for tenants in alley, yet wasn't comfortable using as each stall was posted for two units, which were not mine and a warning of towing for unauthorized……

“It is a big house with everything for a family to stay, especially the kitchenware. It is easily accessible from I80 and 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. We were here for the JamOnIt basketball tournament, and it was a quick drive to the convention center. We absolutely loved our stay here, thanks to the host and VRBO!”

“Location is excellent with nice views of the city and mountains, and is adjacent to a large open area with trails and disc golf. The 4 bedrooms (one with 4 bunk beds) can accommodate a large family or family gathering. Kitchen has a large sink and refrigerator looks new. Spacious area outside with deck, hot tub, and grill. Only issue is that the downstairs bedroom is adjacent to the furnace which can be noisy if one is a light sleeper. Another refrigerator, sink, and microwave is downstairs.”

What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,……
