(11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) "

The resort is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, spotless rooms, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and genuine “Bula!” every day. The breakfast buffet was incredible with plenty of fresh options, and the kids’ pool area was perfect for our little one. The Bula Bus made getting around Denarau super easy, and we really appreciated the seamless connection to nearby restaurants and activities. It’s the kind of place where you can completely unwind while the team takes care of everything. We can’t wait to come back — Fiji hospitality truly has no equal. Highly recommended for families and couples alike! "

"I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Mercure! Our first room had a toilet that didn't work and after a couple of attempts to fix it, we were given a new room immediately. The staff were always there to help and the breakfast chef soon became one of our best friends, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Dinner was also really good too. I had a massage while I was there on the first night and it was awesome, felt so relaxed. The room we stayed in was pleasant, and while not the newest it absolutely served it's purpose. Would 1000% stay there again. Take me back to Fiji ASAP 👌"
