“There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. ”

BUT, when I entered the room, there was no towel. The telephone is dead, and my room key didn't work twice. I have to go to the lobby to fix the problems. The breakfast is so so, not so many choices.
