Good location. Modern accommodation. No toaster which was disappointing and apartment was hot no air con. Given fan on day two of stay. Should have fans in all apartments and toasters.

The room was perfect for my brief stay in Tallinn. The bed was comfortable and the different firmness in pillow options was appreciated. The hot tub, sauna and pool were the highlight of my stay. This place has really thought of all the little details down to robes in the room and a clothes line for your swimsuit. It’s located close to the Old Town but just far enough away to not hear any of the foot traffic late in the evening. It’s located about 10 minutes away from the port, which made travel days that much easier.

Hard to find any staff when you want to ask a question. Reception is self service, but local staff are needed to help with other enquiries and there was a lack of staff viability. Room was a good size, it was a family room and had a divider between the bunk beds and the normal beds. We paid for breakfast , it was a good menu with lots of options. Price was OK. There was tram stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel for the city centre and old town. It was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the passenger terminal for the ferry to Helsinki.

Positive - good gym for weights, included breakfast - little variety but you won't be hungry, good location. Negatives - very very rude and unhelpful staff, sauna and rooftop bar is an additionally charge . No water access anywhere.
