Welcome to Cooper's Cottage in tranquil Tom Nevers. Enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house with central a/c, brand new heated pool with spa, large deck with BBQ and a large front yard. Across the street, our neighborhood association has two tennis/pickle ball courts for your use. Bring your racquets and balls!

Three of the bedrooms (Master Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds) are in main house along with an additional full bath. Walk across the deck to the studio fourth bedroom (queen bed) and small full bathroom. Perfect for in-laws, nannies or anyone else looking for a little separation.

The kitchen is light and bright and the family room is comfortable with a 55 inch wall mounted smart tv and wireless internet. Large deck with seating and propane BBQ grill. Take a stroll on the widow's walk where you can see distant views of Sankaty Lighthouse and the ocean!

There is ample room for parking in the driveway, an outdoor shower on the deck and lawn games (horse shoes and croquet) to enjoy in the yard. The heated saltwater pool and spa has a retractable cover for child safety. We ask that you keep the pool covered at night to help retain the heat. We have two pool floats and 4 pool noodles for your use in the pool. We also provide 8 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and plenty of beach towels.

The house is an easy 1.2 mile bike ride to Tom Nevers Beach. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the NRTA shuttle (stop right at the end of the road) to take you anywhere on the island! And only a 10 min bike ride to the picturesque village of ‘Sconset.

Due to allergies, there are NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Must sign liability waiver for pool and Widows Walk before getting code. Saturday to Saturday rental until Sept 14th. Then a two night minimum.

Perfect vacation!

Perfect location on the island, very close to two beaches. Nice, quiet and private neighborhood. The pool and the hot tub were very enjoyable.

Fantastic Nantucket Home

This house was the perfect venue for what we were looking for during our week long stay on Nantucket. The pool and hot tub were the best sanctuaries while our baby took a nap in the afternoon. The place is close to Sconset, and it’s an easy drive to downtown. Jill was extremely accommodating, and we would love to come back.

Amazing!

We had a fabulous stay at Cooper’s Cottage. The home is beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 8 , kids age range from 3-23. The pool and spa are amazing ! And our older kids used every night. Tom Nevers beach is a short bike ride away -Absolutely serene ! We loved biking / walking into Sconset for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Check in was a breeze - the house was very clean - and our host , Jill, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with to coordinate our stay. I’ll quote my husband Kevin , “ that was the best visit to Nantucket yet !”

La chambre attenante est plus désuète. Le matelas est dur et bruyant et la douche fait un bruit intense. Il n’y a également pas de rideau opaque sur la porte de cette chambre, ce qui fait en sorte que c’est trop lumineux le matin. l’espace extérieur est magnifique! La piscine et le spa sont wow! La terrasse fermée est très agréable! Toutefois, le revêtement de sol du patio est propice aux échardes! Pas approprié pour un bébé qui rampe ou de jeunes enfants. Toutefois,

Cozy and Cute Cottege in Nantucket

Loved my time at this beautiful house. Located on a sweet, quiet neighborhood, and only a mile walk to beach. Very clean and safe. It was comfortable and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
