  • Cozy house in residential neighborhood. Fully remodeled.

    *** SUMMER Rentals are 7 nights FRIDAY to Friday. Enjoy a full weekend on Nantucket, and find better ferry/flight availability! If you are bringing a CAR, you will want to check ferry availability right away.

    The main level is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and remodeled kitchen. The dining room seats 6, and the kitchen counter seats 4 people. There is a half-bath.

    The master bedroom is on the main level with queen bed and private bathroom with shower and tub.

    There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, and one has a king-size bed that can convert to 2 twins .

    The back deck has a BBQ, outdoor dining, and an outdoor shower. There is large, manicured yard with hammock.

    The house is located adjacent to the Miacomet Golf Course (about 1/2 mile to club house), and 1 mile to the Miacomet Beach. It is about 2 miles from town. Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, and Cisco Beach are also very close by.

    There is no central air conditioning, but there is a window unit in each bedroom and in the living room.

Perfect location

This rental had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. Beaches a short bike ride away, close to Cisco Brewery, short drive to town.

This house was great! We loved the location and being a short distance to the beach, the brewery, and town. We frequented Bartlett's Farm just down the road. The house was charming and we loved using the outdoor shower and eating meals on the big deck!We all had a comfortable great stay.

Totally enjoyed staying here. Owners are great communicators. Location is perfect. Home is very well appointed with anything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental! The house is well appointed, especially the kitchen with everything you could need for cooking and grilling. The location is great, not too far from town and near the beach, Bartlett Farm and Cisco Brewery, but in a very quiet residential area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for a family! There is a free shuttle with a stop just around the corner in the spring and summer that takes you to town and it was easy to navigate on the TransLoc app. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes needed to make meals at the house. I did not rent a car during my stay but during rainy weather & colder months I would recommend it. If anyone is taking a workshop with the Natural Historical Association (NHA) with a class at the Bartlett Rd location then the house is the PERFECT rental because of the location is within steps of the workshop location. I highly recommend this rental - the house is adorable and the owners are very kind!

Absolutely loved this home it was idyllic. I have stayed in many homes on nantucket this was by far the best . Loved the outdoor shower and fully equipped kitchen . We had a really great time and hope to go back in the future.

What a wonderful Nantucket Home. Very spacious and well appointed house. Ideal location on a quiet and peaceful circle. Conveniently close to all beaches, town and mid-island essentials too. Loved being particularly close to Bartlett's, Cisco & Miacomet.Excellent and easy communication with owners.Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay in Nantucket

Loved this property. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. A quaint neighborhood close to Bartlett’s Farm and Cisco Brewery. Communication was awesome, it was clean and peaceful. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay at Robin's place. It's tucked away in a great area that is super quiet. It was perfect for the five of us for a wedding we were attending. Robin was very communicative both before and during the stay, we'd absolutely stay again!

Cute place

My girlfriends and I stayed here for food and wine and had a lovely time! Check in was seamless and the owners were extremely quick with responses! The place looks exactly like the pictures. Would recommend!

Family vacation

We loved our stay at this house! My family and I have been going to Nantucket for years and always appreciate finding a great home to vacation in! It was clean, well stocked for all our needs and 2 minutes from the beach! The location is great being in the middle of the island, 5 minutes to town and a quick drive to Bartlett’s and Cisco. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Christmas stroll weekend!!

Amazing girls trip for Christmas Stroll! The house was perfect for 5 ladies! Plenty of room, comfortable beds and very clean!!! Fully Stocked kitchens and a ton of information available to enjoy a perfect weekend

Nice Nantucket home in a convenient location

The house was clean and included all amenities advertised. Good location with easy access to Cisco, Bartlett Farm, Miacomet and Surfside. Loved the outdoor shower and the window AC units.

Diamond in the rough

There were 6 of us in Nantucket for a wedding. The space was perfect.. enough room in the living room for all 6 of us to sit and relax. We knew we needed to Uber to get downtown, so nothing unexpected. Would stay there again in a minute.

The location of the home on Nantucket was perfect. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the activities, groceries, and sites. Furnishings were clean, comfortable, and homey. No issues with any of the appliances or electronics in the house. Robin and Barbara were most welcoming and informative with their emails. We would definitely utilize the home again and recommend the home to others as well. Cathy & Chuck B.
