The unit had everything I needed to move in for one month. It was within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, small restaurants, gym, and hair salon, so if the renter does not have a car, everything is convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were recently renovated and are modern and bright. Because this is the owner's primary residence, a suggestion to lighten up more of the decor throughout the rest of the unit to reflect more of the Florida lighter colors would enhance it, but overall, a very nice visit and place to stay. ##### Virginia M.
