This privately owned condo is located in the popular southern part of Marco island.
OUR CONDO IS CLEANED WITH DISINFECTING PRODUCTS. WE DISINFECT EVERY "TOUCH" SURFACE.
Enjoy the amazing and unobstructed views from your private balcony with your coffee or cocktail of choice.
Our condo is on the ideal floor- not too high- not too low. Just perfect for viewing the beach.
Apartment includes:
Bedroom: king-size bed and new mattress, linens, flat screen HDTV, fiber optic cable, mirrored doors, closet, room-darkening curtains, luggage rack, smartphone charger alarm clock with Bluetooth speakers. Keurig coffee pods too!
Full Bathroom with tub and shower, fully stocked with towels, hair dryer, and flat iron.
Living room and dining room area include new furnishings, 5 piece dining set, queen sleeper sofa, and a full screen/flat TV with Fire stick.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, FULL Range/stove, dishwasher, microwave), blender, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and all the essential equipment you need for cooking. This unit has a full oven/range something many of the other units don't have.
Don't want to cook? Go downstairs to the Sunset Grill and enjoy a meal or order out.
- FREE WIFI : secured high-speed fiber optic Internet access via WI-FI or cable -Access to owner's closet is just outside the condo door. We offer Tommy Bahama supplies: beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, water toys, and tennis rackets. Beach towels are in linen closet.
There is a coin/credit card operated laundry room near the elevators.
The building is secure with a keyed entry.
Check in is 4pm or after. The front desk opens at 10am and closes at 10pm. You need a key to enter the building that is in a lock box and I will provide you the code prior to check-in. Send me note when you're 30 minutes away to receive the code. If you’re arriving after 10pm, please park in the lot and not the garage until you obtain your reserved spot from the front desk.

-Rent a bike (helmet include) from the parking garage. -Water sports on the beach: parasailing, jet skis, etc. -Take an Eco tour of the 10,000 islands -Watch the dolphins or go shelling near the south point of the Marco beach. - Fishing - Shelling (Sand Dollars Beach) - Drive to Everglade city and check out the manatees or alligators.
- Volley ball on the beach in front of the Marriott - Barbecue at Tigertail beach, rent a kayak or paddle board, or watch the eagles in their nest

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put used sheets and towels in the laundry basket and leave only the last day’s linens and towels. There is a $25 charge for additional laundry.
Parking Tag: DO NOT FORGET TO RETURN THE PARKING TAG in the Parking Tag box which is located on the wall next to the Registration desk. $75 to replace lost one.
Food: Remove your opened food items, used Keurig coffee pods, and all garbage from the unit. The Trash/Recycle Room is on the north side of the building (towards unit 310).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful rental in the perfect location. Amazing sunsets and clean up to date unit. There was not one single detail missed in this rental. We were quite impressed and will definitely return in the future. The owner was prompt and courteous with her communication which made our stay stress free.

Wonderful location! Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, plus the Sunset Grille in the bottom of the building is super convenient and a great spot to eat! The unit itself is very nice, and the balcony has the most gorgeous view- we spent lots of time there enjoying the ocean. Plus Elaine was very easy to contact and sweet to work with! Definitely recommend this condo, very clean and comfortable!

Condo is perfect as pictured. Owner has taken great care with the details from beach towels, beach gear, and fully stocked kitchen- spices, napkins, paper towels, all dish ware etc.. we will definitely stay again. Great location, really enjoyed sitting on balcony every morning with my coffee and later at sunset with wine.
We had very much enjoyed our stay in this condo! The view from the balcony is incredible and the condominimum has its own access to the beach! Elaine is a great host, the instructions on check-in and communication was smooth and she was always very responsive and caring! Thank you very much, Elaine - we've enjoyed our vacation immensely!

Pros: good location on beach, good location in property, friendly staff, clean, well maintained exterior & grounds, nice balcony furniture.Cons: inside needs maintenance, bedroom pillows are hard as bricks, WIFI cuts out & needs a new router, printer is out of ink (couldn't print boarding passes).
Location and view are wonderful. Communication with the host was great and very timely. Only negative was needs updated beach supplies. Felt very safe. Pool was adequate. Perfect place for 2.
Perfect location right on the beach. We saw beautiful sunsets every evening. Perfect condo for two people. Very clean. We were able to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo. Really enjoyed the Sunset Grill, CJ's, and Joey's Pizza. We took a boat ride and got to see Manatee and dolphins. Took a day trip over to Naples and walked around Tin City. Highly recommend the Riverfront restaurant. Would definitely return.
We love the Apollo location and this unit. The owner was easy to work with and provided abundant supplies, beach towels and chairs. Comfortable king-size bed and fully stocked kitchen made life easy. It is high season, so be sure to make your dinner reservations before arriving.
