The home is lovely and the location is perfect in North Naples. The owner was easily reachable and very responsive. He helped adjust temperatures of the pool and the home at our request and we are grateful. The pool on the property was clean and excellent! The kids really loved it. Our only notes of issue were the kitchen table either needs fixed or replaced as it wobbled like crazy. And the master bedroom bed is very very firm. Both of these are minor blips on an overall very enjoyable stay but we wanted to note for future renters! The location is convenient and is walkable to the beach. The backyard is completely fenced in and private, with a nice pool and spa. The Mercato is a short drive away for shopping and dining. This place is everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The house is modern, decorated with an amazing taste, very clean and fully equipped. It has a nice backyard with heated pool and hot tub. This house was lovely and beautiful. Everything is brand new.House is very very clean and cozy.Kitchen is fully equipped.We were impressed with the quality of furniture bedding-soft,plush and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi is just amazing and completely private. Pool was heated and nicely lighted at night. Additionally the back yard door has security alarm for kids.This is great location for walking or biking to the beach.We just loved this place and highly recommended!!
