“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation condo! The condo was very clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. The pool was lovely, and the spa was a fantastic bonus that made the experience even more special. A special thank-you to Mrs. Evelyn, our host, who was truly a miracle worker! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and helped make this one of my best trips ever. Her care, kindness, and attention made all the……

“There’s no housekeeping unless you order it and you have to pay extra for that service each day also for renting an apartment you can’t have guests around in the building or in your apartment there is no laundry facilities here to do your laundry. Checking in and checking out is totally ridiculous. You have to check out by 11 am and check in after 3 pm I arrived at 11 am and was not allowed to check in until 3 pm. “I truly wanted to love this hotel, as the pictures looked beautiful and it was our last night in Colombia, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. We received a complimentary bottle of wine with our booking, but there was no corkscrew in the room. After going downstairs to reception, we were given a broken one and had to go back again (because you can’t call from your room). The receptionist eventually came to our room, searched the kitchen himself, and still couldn’t find one.……
