The Space:

This VRBO home was decorated with intention, from bold accent walls to a neon sign reading "Sip & Dip" glowing in the hallway before you even reach the living room. It's built to photograph well and to work even better once a full house of family or friends actually moves in.



The kitchen island opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking for the group stays part of the conversation instead of stuck behind a counter. Bar stools and pendant lighting turn the island into a natural gathering spot for coffee in the morning or a nightcap before bed.



A built-in makeup and getting-ready area gives everyone somewhere to actually get dressed together before a night out, and the private hot tub is where the group regroups afterward, whether that's a late soak or a quiet coffee before checkout.
