The garage has been renovated into a detached guest room, complete with a full bathroom. You also have access to the yard for your pets. Please note that the bed will not be made upon your arrival, but linens will be provided, and the couch will be set up. The main area is 126 square feet (14x9) Note: The WiFi signal is weak indoors, and you may need to be outside for it to work properly. Second guest is welcome, but please bring your own bedding. The Space: I will accept you if you have a pet. Though I do have a high extra pet cleaning fee. I feel like it is better for me to at least give people with a pet with an option even though there is a higher pet fee then most people. ($250) Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.
