The property is exactly as advertised. The air quit working on night one. host was did a great job fixing it. What we did not realize is that the location was on a regular street with locals living on each side, but we had no issues and the neighborhood was quiet. The only turn off was that on the front porch there was an old chair with an old table that had an ash tray and a bucket full of cigarette buds. Once you were inside you had that vacation feeling. The original VRBO we had booked canceled last minute, because of flooding in that area. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, and beyond the normal comforts were available, should we need anything. We travel with all of our own blankets, and even pack laundry soap and dishwasher detergents, but had we needed for anything, the host had seen to every detail. A few nice games were available for the kids, throw blankets were rolled and in a basket near the sitting area, ironing board, camp chairs, even a fishing pole, or two. Again, we travelled with our fishing poles, but had forgotten our chairs. It was very nice to have the host remember them for us. It was like being invited to a good friend’s home.
