Overall it was a very nice hotel and was well kept. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were older than I expected. Restaurants and bar closed earlier than scheduled.

We had a long layover before our next flight so chose to spend our time at this airport and it was a great choice. Excellent view, great pools and wonderful food which was exactly what we needed to end our holiday before heading home. Great location and would definitely look at coming back here for longer in the future.

Okay for 1 or 2 nights. Features a very nice beach front restaurant, that made my stay worthwhile. Rooms are quite boring and only in fair shape. AC is either a noisy freezer or you switch off. Tap water has high content of chlorine, not nice in skin. Hotel is lacking easy accessible information about facilities and also basic features such as DND door signs don't exist. Upon check out at 0:30h I found no one picking up phone help line 110, no one (zero!) staff at reception desk, no security on guard at entrance or lobby, I had to search 10 minutes with the help of my Uber driver to find staff taking my bags and reception staff to prepare check out - seems they were all sleeping on duty. Not acceptable at all! For the price I expected better. Unfortunately there are no options in Negombo for international standard level hotels. But then, hey, it's so close to the airport and has a huge beach... enjoy your time!

Hotel was fine for what we were looking for , somewhere to relax for a couple of days after our flight . Hotel is looking a bit tired likewise the rooms , beach bar is good as was breakfast . We didn’t appreciate having workmen outside our room for the duration of our stay !!!

This is the third time I have stayed at Jetwing Beach on a stopover to India. It is convenient to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and many overlook the beach. It is very quiet, and the breakfast is fabulous (particularly the Sri Lankan curry. Yum!).

The room was spacious with a lovely bath and balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Old style furniture and comfortable bed. Staff very attentive. Pools both great with most sunbeds in a sandy area next to the main pool. Beach ideal for a walk and to take in local life. Road outside has lots of shops and restaurants. Hours cruise in the lagoon recommended - as is this hotel.
