“Good location but be sure to book parking if driving otherwise you'll need to use a public parking garage, which depending on when you go (we went during the Christmas market season and it was insanely busy) you may need to walk a little. The room was spacious and even had a balcony, and overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Shout out to the staff at breakfast. Super attentive and friendly. ”

Tolles Familienzimmer, netter Service, leckeres großes Frühstücksbuffet, große Spielhalle für die Kids und ein super Schwimmbad - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder! Einzig das Angebot zum Abendessen haben wir nicht getestet, wir waren auswärts essen. ”

“Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.”

“Das Zimmer war super! Alles sauber, tolle Lage und freundliches Personal! Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, allerdings informierte man uns vor der Ankunft leider nicht darüber, dass die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus aufgrund des Weihnachtsmarktes gesperrt war. Wir mussten leider in einem anderen Parkhaus parken.”

“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……
