"I have stayed at this hotel over ten times, but unfortunately, the service quality has been declining, and the room maintenance and cleanliness are no longer up to standard. Upon arriving at 12:00 PM for check-in, the first thing the receptionist said was to demand an extra charge, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. In the past, the front desk was always flexible and accommodating,however, they are now strictly rigid, which makes guests feel unwelcome. I strongly suggest that the hotel provide better training for the younger staff members on professional communication and guest interaction skills. I am deeply disappointed."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The sink in my room was clogged, and even after I requested maintenance, no one was ever sent to fix it. The AC didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet was torn. The shower water temperature kept fluctuating up and down. The strangest moment was on my checkout day: someone entered the room immediately after knocking—barely one second later—just to tell me that checkout was at 11 AM, not 12 PM like most hotels. The receptionist never mentioned the checkout time at check‑in, so I reasonably assumed it was noon. Overall, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is definitely not a 4‑star hotel."

"Rooms basic for a 4 star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in room. First night room was cold and pillows flat. Poor night sleep. Quite isolated from nearby amenities. Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful. Checked out a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again. None of the facilities were explained to me. 😔😔"
