Best Host and Amazing Home

Family vacation after Disney

Beautiful house plenty of room for our family. The pool was big and well taken care of. The table area was a definite plus. A bit to far from the beach but would definitely book again.

Was great experience! Excellent property, large house, large pool, and jacuzzi. We stayed at the pool/jacuzzi most of our vacation. Very relaxing! We met the owners, very nice people! Would definitely come back again

The wildlife alone!

We had such an amazing stay! When we weren’t out venturing around we spent ALL our time out in the pool. Had a family of deer visit almost every morning and night. House is very spacious and beds were super comfy!

Amazing

Cindy and her husband are amazing people love how friendly and just down to earth people they are . The property on the house is amazing as well. Everything was so fresh and clean and just overall beautiful. We’ll go back there every year I highly recommend them.

After landing more than 5 hours later than expected, due to flight delays, the owner surprised us with much appreciated beverages and snacks awaiting our eager yet tired arrival! We can't say enough about our vacation! It was well stocked with towels, sheets, soaps and all items needed. The house itself was very spacious with pleny of room for the children to play as well for the adults to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you'd need. The pool was fun and it was great cooking out. Loved every minute of it!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just got back from a family vacation with 13 people ranging in ages from 2-75 years and the property was perfect for everyone. It was exactly as described., couldn’t have been better. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by everyone (the fact that it’s screened in is an added benefit!)The owner was accommodating and attentive and responded immediately when we had some central air issues. Overall would return again.

Great Christmas week!

The photos, description and reviews did not disappoint! This house was perfect for our family for Christmas. Cindy was so easy to work with and was so very gracious in decorating the house for us. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to gather separately or all together! The pool/spa were a huge hit too! Even our dogs enjoyed. The house was overly equipped for anything you might need. Would defintely stay here again. Thanks Cindy!

I hope we will be back one day!

I cannot describe how satisfied was our vacation at this place. I called it our little paradise. It has everything we needed, safe area, close to stores and restaurants, and of course the heated pool and spa made our time so relaxing! We had some issues with internet and all of us are working and kids had to zoom, and owners went above and beyond to fix it. They even left their phone, so we could do hot spot share to have access to internet and keep working. Thank you so much for letting us to stay at your place! This was unforgettable vacation, Anna!

Wow, it was wonderful. Would go back. It is not a short ride to the beach.

The home and pool were magnificent as was the agent. With any little problem they were there immediately and were a delight! We'd go back again, in a snap. The only issue was that it was not a short ride to the beach. I do wish the pin on the map were closer to the location. The seems to be a VRBO issue not the owner/agent. I wish VRBO would improve this. Thank you for a wonderful vacation with our family!

Beautiful house

It is a beautiful huge house …. DOES NOT HAVE 4 BEDROOMS!!! It is a huge 3 bedroom house . The fourth bedroom is in the leaving room , behind the sectional sofa, separated with curtains from the rest of the leaving area ! You have to pass it to go in the bedroom . The address from the web guide us to a shopping plaza .( we thought it’s a spam), but the owner responded fast and we find the actual address. Other than that we have a great time . The pool area is beautiful and quite! . The house has everything which you need for perfect vacation !

Beautiful, private, serene & comfortable!

My family had a wonderful time visiting New Smyrna Beach this summer. We found this listing on VRBO and I was thrilled to find this nice big home with private pool. We had lots of little ones with us (ages 1-8) and luckily the pool is fenced off separately from the outdoor patio for safety. We had such a fun time for an entire week, and we were able to visit the beach with just a short drive. We were all happy to swim in the nice pool with the kids because it was a safer option for us, but the beach was very fun too, and not too crowded. There are plenty of eateries and ice cream shops close-by, and if you need the grocery store or gas for the car, it’s all very close too. The home is in a great location, and you can’t go wrong with this rental. They have everything you can imagine as far as amenities. They even supply beach towels a plenty. All you’ll really need to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste, LOL! Cindy was our contact person and she is awesome! She is very quick to answer your messages if needed, and she was very nice to explain everything to us when we arrived. There’s a blue binder there with instructions too, so that helps a lot. All-in-all, it was wonderful, and we will definitely hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This property is awesome. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that has a countryish feel. The house is large and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. There is a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage that was great for putting drinks in when the main frig in the kitchen was full of food. My girlfriend, her dog and I stayed for 4 weeks, working from the house during the week and seeing the sights on the weekends and evenings. My brother, sister-in-law and their 2 kids came down for a week and had a great time playing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. The house is about 20 minutes from the beach. If you go to the beach go early and drive onto the beach. Unfortunately you have to leave the dog at the house. It's also about 35minutes from a great fish market in Port Orange, right on highway 1. The golden tile and red snapper made it to the dinner table several times. Cindy is a great host. Just a text away and always got back to me quickly with answers to any questions that I had. We had such a good time that we tried to extend our stay for another week. Unfortunately the property was rented for the next week so we had to come home as scheduled.

Secluded and peaceful

Overall it was a nice vacation. The only negative is the house description. It is listed as a 4 bedroom, but it is a 3 bedroom with a bed in the tv room( no doors, only curtains to separate from other areas) . Worked out ok for us, as my son and wife took that bed. The 3rd bedroom, with 2 twins was right off this room and worked for their 2 kids. Had we been 4 couples, it would have been awkward. Everything else was great. Several comfortable seating areas, so everyone could spread out with chosen reading materials. The pool area was great for hanging out after a day at the beach. Although, we spent most of our time here because it stormed every day!! lol The owner, Cindy, was great. Good communication throughout the week. We had a power failure from the lightning, and she got on it with the power company immediately. They had it fixed in a very short amount of time. The house is well stocked with just about everything you could think of! A large assortment of cookware and linens. A very resort-style vibe! We hope to make it back again in the future. Also, you can see the rocket launches from the front yard! A bonus for the two little ones!

Ideal Florida family vacation home

This was such a great stay! We spent a lot of time at the house with the kids swimming in the (pristine) salt water pool. We used the kitchen and grill to cook almost all of our meals for the whole week. There was nothing we needed that the kitchen didn’t have. The beach was a short drive away so we went there a few times. Had beach photos taken, (which turned out beautifully in such a gorgeous setting. ) Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. (Yellow Dog Eats was a family favorite. Order basically anything.) We drove to Harry Potter world one morning, spent the day at the park, and were back home (exhausted) by dinner, ready for a swim! The house is set up to comfortably host a large family. We had plenty of bathroom options, sleeping space, tables to eat at, and couches sit on. It was very bright and clean. I could actually smell how clean it was the moment I stepped in the door. There were quite a few pool toys and some other fun things to play with, like a small bicycle, in the garage. We used a large pancake griddle several times. There are two ovens and two refrigerators. The washer and (2) dryers were convenient. We loved seeing tiny little lizards everywhere! Cindy was helpful with any questions we had and very hospitable. There was deer feed in the garage and she let us know that if we spread some in the yard at dusk and were very still and quiet, they would come close to eat. They did, and it was magical for both the kids and grownups to watch! Thank you for helping us have such a smooth, comfortable, and memorable vacation!♥️

Exceptional House & Host

We are 8 friends coming from several parts of the East Coast for our annual reunion! We stayed in many places in Florida, but this place and its host exceeded our expectations. Cindy was an awesome host, surprising us with beverages, snacks and fruits upon arrival. The house was clean and beautiful with lots of room for our group to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house was supplied with everything you would need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We spent most of our days in and around the pool and covered patio enjoying the awesome scenery. We felt like we were in our own private world since you can’t see any of the neighboring houses. The grounds were well cared for and we would watch the deer stroll through the backyard each evening. Cindy and George were easy to reach on a moment’s notice and proved to be wonderful hosts! We would highly recommend this house and host! Thank you, Cindy, for a wonderful vacation. This place is definitely a keeper!!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay! The home and property were absolutely beautiful, and the pool was a highlight for everyone. Having pool and beach toys available was such a thoughtful bonus. We even cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and enjoyed it poolside—it couldn’t have been more perfect! Cindy was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Florida. Highly recommend!

Great house!

We had a great time at this location. 2 adults + 3 kids (6, 11, 15) and a dog. The house was very clean, there was a lot of housewares, toys and games, and pool and beach gear available for use. My kids didn't even want to leave because they were having so much fun with the pool! It was about a 12-minute drive to the main NSB area with easy parking options, but also had plenty of stores and restaurants in between. We were there during July 4th, and enjoyed the fireworks nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Cindy was very accommodating for us She went out of her was to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped out with my oxygen delivery making sure it was in the house for me.
