"Didn’t know expect walking into the room to see it dirty with water bottles around and flowers in the sink and on the counters. Everything else though was nice and clean. "Enjoyed the stay however the keys to the room wasn’t working very well and took many try’s to get into the room. However very clean and staff was nice and enjoyed the rooftop!"

"The room was much smaller than expected, but it's NYC i guess. There was no coffee stand, expect the Starbucks that closes around 1 pm in the lobby where you have to pay, No food or vending machines, except the diner close to the hotel."
