My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for our weekend visit to the city, and I would absolutely stay there again! It was so walkable to everything we wanted to do, and I really appreciated that we were each given an included bottle of water from the hotel gift shop each day. The room ...

We stay here every time we’re in NYC. Love it. The breakfast vouchers are helpful as well. We’re not ones to stay in the room much when we’re on vacation so we don’t require much

My favorite place to stay for NYC for an affordable night, but double check that your room has AC. My last stay my room did not which can be uncomfortable

This is my hometown. I tend to travel monthly and stay at different hotels all the time. I love this city.
Better service with towels, wash clothes, room to be clean, having water and coffee for customers. Very, very poor place to stay for 5 long days.
Random parking fees and cheap breakfast says it all. Will not say again.
Paying for parking each night you are there was the biggest turn off. I have stayed at dozens of Extended Stays and this turned me off from going to this location again. It was great in many other ways but don’t go if you plan to get nickel and dimed
Nice overcharge, very disappointed.
