Picnic tables are scattered amongst the pretty grounds for relaxing, whilst admiring the lovely views. Set in this tranquil, peaceful development, it is an ideal base for Nature lovers, walkers, cyclists and tourists in the unspoilt surrounding countryside. Guests are welcome to wander through the 20 acres of open farmland and woodland which belongs to the farm.

Enjoy the many ways to experience the qualities of the National Park, sample local produce from a farmer’s market, walk in the footsteps of the Romans on a National Trail, climb the crags, cycle the byways or even join in the music and dancing at a local show. The market town of Rothbury is 13 miles and Otterburn is only 4 miles. The stunning Northumbrian coast and the must-see Hadrian’s Wall are less than an hour’s drive. The Scottish Borders and Kielder Water Forest are around 30 minutes away. Fishing is available at Caistron Lake. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
