“Friendly and helpful staff. ”

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”

“Great location and cosy cottage. Lots of wildlife on the doorstep and wonderful rural surroundings. All the basic equipment provided in a compact environment.”

“The hotel was good- clean and comfortable but a noisy location as the taxi stand was right outside the window.”

“Everything was acceptable about the inside of property. Warm and cosy in a very wet February. Lovely shower. Comfy bed. I would have liked curtains in the bedroom to feel more private as blinds had gaps in and a hole where you could see through. No dish scrubber but a cloth. Outside paddock not accessible was the only downside. Dog needed a run. Close to many places so location ideal. We visited carw caslte tenby and saundersfoot. Close to owners property over looking so not……

“Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Hosts were attentive and added to the experience. Breakfast and service was excellent. Did not really use amenities in the hotel apart from tea coffee etc in room. A ”

“I was disappointed to find that despite what it said on the Hotels site the Red Lion did not organise parking if you phoned. I had to park 5 minutes walk away and thankfully it was not raining too hard. With no food at the pub food choices were a little limited but luckily there is a very good take away pizza shop 50 metres away. The breakfast I had was very good so no problems with that.”

“Fairly good choice of food, but it was cold. Our room was clean. Too much inappropriate furniture. Only 2 channels on TV. Both BBC wales. Window didnt shut properly, so lots of traffic noise The.room stunk of stale cigarettes Cutains too big for window and hanging off Sticky wall behind bed head Poor decor Shower very difficult to adjust.and extremely hot Sink not draining prooerly Didn't use the bar or restaurant ”
