"Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Aggressively average. Things here are similar prices to Australia. The bathroom smelled bad, kind of like old pee or terrible cleaning supplies. Also we ordered lunch at the pool on our last day and because they were so slow making our food (50min a burger and a wrap), we asked where it was and they hadn’t even started making it!!! We were late to our airport transfer, took another 20min to get a refund. So after all that we didn’t even get lunch! On top of that, none of the staff had any sense of urgency to help us. Shame because there’s so much potential. "

"Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"A truly luxury experience. Lagoon pool villas were well appointed and great location to everything whilst still being private. Food first class, ala carte menu changed daily. Staff were of course the highlight of the stay. So happy, helpful and accommodating. All were quick to claim credit as the chef when a meal was praised! Stunning location with snorkelling right off the shore of the resort. Amazing activities available either complementary or paid. Shout out to Lily, Ronald, Winnie, Marco, John, Loma, Helen, Julie, Davina, Neery, Fred, Tony, Wilson, Raj and Juliette (apologies for all the other wonderful staff if we missed you)."
